On March 26, 2021, Xinda demonstrated the full range of kneading extruders designed and produced by Xinda to customers at home and abroad in the form of video.
This event shows the full range of SJW-45, 70, 100, 140, 200 three-flight reciprocating Co-Kneader, SKW-85, 105, 125 four-flight reciprocating Co-Kneader, as well as PSHJ-20, 35 , 50, 65, 75, 95, 127, 135 full series of clam shell twin-screw extruders. These equipment have excellent kneading performance, and the barrels can be opened easily, which is convenient for cleaning materials and replacing the screw element combination. The inside of shafts can be heated or cooled.
More than 2500 sets of Xinda kneading equipment have been successfully applied to the industries such as cable materials, color masterbatches, highly filled plastics, PVC compounding, thermosetting materials, conductive materials, engineering plastics modification, elastomer compounding, powder metallurgy materials, degradable plastics, final rubber kneading, food and medicine, etc.
